What Would You Do If You Had No Fear?

What Would You Do If You Had No Fear?

Would you climb Mount Kilimanjaro?
Would you travel abroad?
Would you tell your boss to shove it?
Would you start a business of your own?
Would you start building wealth?

I was watching an interview on television a few weeks ago and the host was interviewing an old man who was about to die. The interviewer said, "If you could go back and change anything in your life, what would it be?" And the old man said, "I would have made more mistakes."

In other words, he would have experienced more and stepped out of his comfort zone more, even if he made mistakes along the way. Successful entrepreneurs know that mistakes are stepping stones to getting them where they want to go. Unsuccessful people view mistakes as wrong and bad.

I don't want to be on my death bed one day and have regret. I want to live life to the fullest and experience as much as I can. I want to make tons of mistakes, because along the way I know I will have incredible successes. I do not want to settle for second best.

I hope you feel the same way too. You deserve it.

Yours in Prosperity,

Why Did Britney Spears Shave Her Head?

What is the real reason Britney Spears shaved her head?

Okay... okay... I know, and really, I am embarrassed to ask the question.

Hey, cut me some slack, it is everywhere. After seeing her big bald head on every magazine everywhere I go, she finally got the best of me and now I'm curious.

Is she just being rebellious and fun? Or, has she truly lost her mind like all the articles say?

Should I just forget about it, or should I expect more craziness and update my subscription to Intouch magazine?

Just curious...

Do You Hate Your Job Too?

Well, it is 8:30pm, and I'm about to go watch Monday night's "24" saved on my TIVO... but before I do... I just have to ponder this...

What is the deal with so many people not liking their jobs, yet they are unwilling to make a change?

This may sound insensitive of me, but I really do not understand it. I think sometimes we forget that this is our LIFE. It is not a dress rehearsal. Most of us spend more hours of the day with our co-workers than we do with our family, so don't we deserve to be happy during that time?

I have several friends that are in a bad mood all day on Sunday because they are dredding going to work on Monday. In other words, the only day of the week they are happy is Saturday.

What kind of life is that? My goal is to help as many people as possible realize that there is a way out. You are not alone. With a little courage and some hard work, you can tell your boss to take that job and shove it!

Okay, I'll get off my soap box now... back to the couch.

Welcome to a blog for those of us that either work from home, or want to work from home!

February 22, 2007

Well, I finally did it. I've been hearing about blogs for years, and I finally set one up today.

The purpose of this blog is to create a community of fun posts throughout the day for those of us that either work from home, or want to work from home.

I am in my home office now, out on my deck, with my laptop, and I can barely stay focused because it is such a gorgeous day outside in Atlanta today. I am overcome with gratitude that I get to spend my days enjoying this weather instead of being cooped up in an office buiding. I think I would actually die if I had to do that.

I hope everyone is having a productive day today.
